At WAVE Handyman Services, we operate on a time and materials pricing basis. You are only charged for the actual time worked and the materials purchased. Unlike most companies, WAVE Handyman Services will advise you on the materials needed and help you create a shopping list, so you can purchase the materials yourself. This way, you avoid paying for our shopping time or any warranty markup on supplies needed for your project.
This method is cost-effective and efficient, especially for completing many small to medium-sized projects. It also allows for flexibility to expand your to-do list without altering any contracts. While this approach does not provide a firm price upfront, it does offer an approximate time frame.
